We're looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to build these machines from the ground up — assembling from blueprints, integrating pneumatic systems, and testing to spec before shipment. What You'll Do Assemble machinery from blueprints, drawings, and bills of materials (BOMs); fabricate and modify basic parts as needed Install pneumatic systems and perform setup, timing, and dynamic testing Troubleshoot mechanical issues in collaboration with the engineering team Maintain quality documentation and report defects and safety concerns Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives; prepare equipment for shipping What You Bring 3-5 years assembling and troubleshooting packaging or industrial machinery Proficiency with power, hand, pneumatic, and fabrication tools Ability to read blueprints and pneumatic/hydraulic schematics Forklift and overhead/gantry crane experience High school diploma or GED Able to lift up to 50 lbs and open to occasional travel Preferred Welding experience Familiarity with MFG/PRO or similar ERP systems Why Serac Join a global leader in packaging and filling technology, working hands-on with sophisticated equipment alongside an experienced engineering team.
