The Role:
As Process Heat Fabricator, you will join our Process Heat Manufacturing team and support the production of components used in complete heater assemblies. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and a commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the fabrication process.
Your Responsibilities:
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures; safety is always the top priority. Verify raw materials prior to fabrication to ensure compliance with specifications. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Use measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy. Operate manual machines such as lathes and mills. Perform grinding, chamfering, and deburring of parts according to specifications. Drill and tap holes as required by prints. Operate pneumatic forming machines and rollers. Utilize equipment such as CNC mills, CNC lathes, CNC lasers, water jets, and plasma pipe cutters. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe and hazard-free environment. Support production flow by picking parts, communicating material needs, and contributing to process improvements when possible.
Our Requirements:
Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven. Basic computer skills are a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods (6+ hours per day). Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic) in a professional environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Pay Rate:
