Assembler Looking to build your skills in a hands-on role? We're seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join a fast-paced manufacturing team where your work makes a real impact every day. πŸ”§ What You'll Do In this role, you'll assemble components using blueprints and work instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities include:
Read and interpret bill of materials, blueprints, and mechanical drawings Accurately fit, align, and assemble parts Use tools such as wrenches, impact guns, nail guns, grinders, and more Operate equipment like forklifts, cranes, and lifts (after certification) Tag and label completed units Troubleshoot and work with team leads or maintenance to resolve issues Maintain a clean and safe workspace Cross-train in other departments as needed Perform other duties as assigned βœ…
What We're Looking For Required:
At least 1 year of manufacturing experience Ability to read a tape measure and convert fractions and decimals
High School Diploma or GED Preferred:
Experience with large unit assembly Ability to read engineered/mechanical drawings Experience using precision hand tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality πŸ’ͺ Work Environment & Physical Requirements Onsite role in a manufacturing environment Stand and walk for 8+ hours per shift Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally Push/pull materials with crane assistance Perform repetitive motions, bending, reaching, and climbing Work in conditions including heat, noise, and varying weather Use required PPE ( safety boots, eye and ear protection ) 🌟 Why Apply?
