Our client, a manufacturing/industrial production company , is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Assembly and Operations Teams . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , strong problem-solving skills , and a teamwork-oriented mindset , which will align successfully in the organization.

$17.50-20.00 What's the Job? Assemble and disassemble various types of foam fixtures Operate foaming, undercoating, and bead blasting equipment Operate manual lathes, CNC mills, Bridgeports Must be able to utilize and read tape measures, caliper, micrometers Must be able to read and understand blueprints and schematics Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively Stand, bend, and move materials or equipment between stations Work in conditions involving heavy lifting and use of machinery What's Needed? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Capable of standing, bending, twisting, and kneeling for extended periods Able to perform repetitive tasks for long hours Commitment to working consistently and safely Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or on a team High attention to detail and quality standards Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks Team-oriented attitude Ability to understand and complete departmental paperwork Collaborate effectively with team members to meet deadlines Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used What's in it for me?
