Work Environment:
Clean, safety-focused, and collaborative shop What You'll Do (Training Provided) Assemble custom mechanical and metal components Learn to read blueprints and shop drawings Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Assist with MIG welding, cutting, and fabrication processes Help build industrial equipment and structural components Perform quality checks to ensure accurate and safe builds What We're Looking For We welcome entry-level candidates as well as those with hands-on experience. Interest in manufacturing, assembly, or skilled trades Willingness to learn and use hand and power tools Ability to read measurements and perform basic math Strong work ethic and reliability Mechanical aptitude or experience in areas such as: Assembly Warehouse or production work Construction Automotive repair or maintenance (helpful but not required) No advanced welding or blueprint experience required. Training will be provided for the right candidate. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin Park, IL.
