Temp-to-Hire Position Summary:

Operate machines safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures. Perform quality inspections using calipers, tape measures, and other measurement tools. Utilize the metric system for part measurements and adjustments. Monitor machines for proper operation and report any issues to the supervisor. Maintain accurate production and inspection records. Assist with material handling, setup, and cleanup as needed. Wear proper PPE throughout the entire shift and follow all safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Experience operating production or manufacturing machinery preferred. Ability to read a tape measure and use inspection tools such as calipers. Familiarity with the metric system. Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. Open to recent high school graduates with a willingness to learn.
