Pay Range :
$23-$28/hr
Job Summary :
Solder SMT and/or through hole components to boards. Perform basic and/or advanced, standardized and repetitive electro-mechanical assembly including box builds. Perform Wire/Cable/Harness assembly. Inspect Electrical and/or Mechanical assemblies, Chassis, Cables, Harnesses for defects. May perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as cutting wire, stripping, wiring and fastening connections, pulling kits. Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
High school diploma, GED and/or technical diploma and 3+ years' equivalent assembly experience and/or military technical training.

Must be able to read and understand work instructions, schematics, bills of material, diagrams, and engineering change orders. Must be mechanically inclined and able to use hand tools and small power tools. Ability to work OT on an as-needed basis to meet company goals. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow verbal instructions as well as written procedures. Must possess solid judgement and decision-making skills. Must be well organized and be able to multi-task. Ability to communicate professionally both orally and in written form. Ability to work well with others and must be a conscientious and cooperative team player. Ability to meet quality expectations and follow safety guidelines.
