Job Description

Essential Functions:
Prompt and reliable attendance Work required overtime schedules Comply with all safety requirements Clean work areas and machinery applying 6S methods Communicate with and provide feedback to co-workers, Team Leaders, Group Leaders, engineers, management and others as necessary Read work instructions Obtain necessary information to complete orders Identify and sort parts, hat styles, brands, accessories, colors and suspension types Inspect parts and finished product for quality conformance Move part totes and gaylords Keep pace with automated equipment and/or assembly line production Operate scales for parts count weight Operate hand tools (i.e. screw gun, drill, drill press, etc) Operate sewing machine Package finished product for shipment Use of personal computer and necessary applications (Man Man, Exact Man, etc...) Apply proper order labeling to shipment boxes Verify that product and quantity are correct per order specifications Assemble suspensions and fire helmets including specialty models Operate hot stamping machine
Physical Requirements:
