YOUR DAY TO DAY
Build critical, high-power microwave radar transmitter cabinets from the ground up! In this role, you will transform blueprints into complex mechanical and electrical assemblies using precision hand tools, pneumatic crimpers, and calibrated torque gear. Assemble heavy-duty structural components, chassis, and wire harnesses using complex production drawings and schematics. Perform high-quality soldering, crimping, wire routing, and multi-pin connector assembly. Run self-inspections to ensure every connection meets engineering and quality standards.
YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

Perform high-quality soldering, crimping, wire routing, and multi-pin connector assembly
Perform other duties as needed and assigned
YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE
2 to 5 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly, aerospace manufacturing, or wire harness fabrication.
Advanced proficiency in precision soldering, contact crimping, and reading complex wiring schematics.
Active or prior training in industry standards: IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, or
J-STD-001
is highly preferred.
Great manual dexterity, ability to stand for long periods, and the safety-first mindset to lift up to 35 lbs.
High attention to details and the ability to work from basic hardware components up to finished, complex systems. This role requires access to export-controlled information, subject to the ITAR and EAR, for which the company will not pursue an export license/license exception. Must be a US person (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals) to be eligible for this role.
Salary Range:
$25.00 - $35.00 / hour
