Are you an experienced assembler looking for a stable, first-shift opportunity with a growing manufacturing team? Our client in Gloucester is seeking a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler who takes pride in building high-quality products and enjoys working in a hands-on environment.

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM In this role, you'll work on a variety of electro-mechanical assemblies, utilizing your technical skills to create products that meet customer specifications and quality standards. What You'll Be Doing Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies. Build PCBAs, cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and power supplies. Configure and modify components based on customer requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and technical drawings. Identify and resolve assembly issues to maintain quality and efficiency. What We're Looking For Previous experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical assembly. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions.
