00) Assemble and test precision mechanical products with minimal supervision, ensuring high quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble subassemblies and finished products using established procedures Fit, align, and adjust components to tight tolerances Set up and test products to meet specifications and customer requirements Maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement Assist team members and follow work instructions as needed

Requirements:

3+ years of electro mechanical assembly experience Ability to read blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality focus Basic computer skills Good communication and teamwork skills Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks Must have High School Diploma or equivalent Mechanical Assembler Overview

00 Level II $22.00-23.00) What you'll do: Assemble subassemblies and finished products using established procedures Fit, align, and adjust components to tight tolerances Set up and test products to ensure specifications are met Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions Maintain quality standards and support continuous improvement Assist team members and communicate effectively across departments What you need: High School Diploma or GED 1-3+ years of mechanical assembly experience (Level I) 3+ years (Level II) Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Basic computer skills Ability to work independently or under guidance depending on experience level Strong teamwork and communication skills For more experienced candidates (Level II) : Ability to work with minimal supervision Experience interpreting complex blueprints and specifications Ability to troubleshoot, multitask, and support process improvements Experience training or assisting other assemblers is a plus
