We are hiring an Entry-Level Electro-Mechanical Assembler to help build specialized equipment for customer-specific applications. Previous electro-mechanical assembly experience is helpful, but it is not required. We are willing to train candidates who bring strong mechanical ability, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in learning technical assembly. This is a great opportunity to turn your hands-on experience into a long-term manufacturing career. What You'll Learn and Do Build mechanical and electrical assemblies Follow detailed work instructions and assembly drawings Install components, wiring, cables, and hardware Assist with point-to-point wiring and cable routing Assemble electrical boxes, chassis, and subassemblies Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, and micrometers Learn to read wiring diagrams and Bills of Material Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality Work with experienced assemblers, Engineering, and Quality teams Learn different customer builds rather than assembling the same product every day Skills We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and comfort using basic tools Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams Strong attention to detail Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Willingness to learn electrical and mechanical assembly Basic problem-solving skills Dependable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or GED Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Transferable Experience We encourage applicants with experience in: Automotive repair or vehicle wiring Construction or skilled trades Electrical helper or apprentice work HVAC installation or service Appliance or equipment repair Computer building or hardware installation Bicycle, motorcycle, or small-engine repair Warehouse assembly or production Furniture or cabinet assembly Robotics, electronics, or technical school programs Military mechanical, electrical, or maintenance work Preferred but Not Required Manufacturing or assembly experience Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings Basic electrical wiring knowledge Experience using measuring tools Vocational or technical school training Bring your mechanical ability and willingness to learn—we'll help you build the technical skills.
