Mechanical Assembler - Join a Team Building Big, Exciting Projects We're hiring Mechanical Assemblers to help build high‑quality metal hatches and panels used in major projects — including stadiums, theme parks, and large commercial facilities . What You'll Do Assemble metal parts using drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, and other hand/power tools Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and tape‑measure measurements Prep and hang panels for painting Install insulation and prepare parts for finishing Package completed assemblies for shipment Cross‑train and support other departments as needed What You Bring 6+ months of mechanical assembly or related experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable reading blueprints and using tape measures Mechanically inclined with hands‑on tool experience High school diploma or equivalent Shifts Available 1st shift, 2nd shift options Weekend shift (Fri-Sun) Occasional overtime Why You'll Love Working Here Profit sharing PTO + paid holidays 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Tuition reimbursement Long‑term stability and opportunities to grow Work on unique, high‑impact projects seen by millions Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn Park, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
