About the Role As a Mechanical Assembler , you'll work hands‑on building mechanical assemblies, preparing panels for finishing, and supporting multiple departments through cross‑training. You'll use a variety of hand and power tools, read blueprints, and help ensure every product meets high quality standards. Blueprint Interpretation — Read and follow blueprints to complete accurate, high‑quality assemblies. Panel Preparation — Install insulation, hang parts, and prepare panels for painting and finishing. Packaging & Verification — Package completed assemblies and verify correct parts and quantities. Cross‑Training — Support multiple departments and expand your skill set through hands‑on learning. Shop‑Floor Mechanical Work — Perform tasks similar to automotive or oil‑change environments. Maintain a clean, safe workspace in a metal manufacturing setting.
