Grow your skills. Join a team that invests in you. About the Role As a Mechanical Assembler , you'll work hands‑on assembling mechanical components and panels using a variety of hand and power tools. You'll read blueprints, prepare parts for finishing, package completed assemblies, and support multiple departments through cross‑training. What You'll Do Assemble mechanical components using drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, torque tools, and tape measures Read and interpret blueprints to complete accurate, high‑quality assemblies Prepare panels for painting by installing insulation and hanging parts Package and verify completed assemblies to ensure correct parts and quantities Cross‑train across departments to expand your skills and support production needs Perform hands‑on mechanical tasks similar to automotive or oil‑change environments Maintain a safe, clean workspace in a metal manufacturing setting Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs as part of daily work What You Bring 6+ months of mechanical assembly experience Ability to read blueprints and use a tape measure accurately Confidence using hand and power tools Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving mindset Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly High school diploma or equivalent Bonus Skills Experience in auto, oil change, or similar mechanical environments Comfort working with metal components Willingness to cross‑train and learn new processes Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Why You'll Love Working Here You'll join a company that rewards performance, loyalty, and craftsmanship .
