Schedule:
1st Shift (Full-Time)/2nd and 3rd shift. Job Overview We are hiring Mechanical Assemblers to build custom water purification systems used in industrial and commercial applications. This is a project-based role where work changes regularly, not a repetitive production line. You will work in a clean, air-conditioned shop assembling systems using tools, blueprints, and mechanical skills. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical systems using hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints and drawings Measure, cut, and assemble piping (PVC, stainless steel, copper, galvanized) Fit and secure components onto frames and structures Perform quality checks and test completed assemblies Fabricate parts based on specifications Prepare finished products for shipment Assist with material handling and inventory organization Requirements 6+ months of mechanical assembly, construction, or related experience Experience using hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure accurately Ability to read basic blueprints or diagrams Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail Why This Role Stable and growing company Hands-on, non-repetitive work Clean, climate-controlled shop Training and cross-training opportunities Positive team environment Opportunity for long-term placement and advancement Work Environment Indoor, modern production facility Use of hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Team-based assembly on custom projects Apply today to be considered. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chaska, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
