) Weekly Pay $23-27/hr Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Shop Helper OR Operator to support CNC machinists in our clean, well-lit manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with some experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or mechanical fields who are eager to gain exposure to CNC machining. Pay will be based of related experience and or if you have been a CNC Operator previously. Growth would be into CNC Machining! Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading parts. Deburr finished components. Move materials and clean machines and work areas. Complete basic production documentation using iPads. Learn to use basic inspection equipment such as digital calipers and other measuring tools. Essential Skills Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or hands-on mechanical fields preferred. Mechanically inclined with an interest in learning CNC machining. Comfortable using basic hand tools and learning measurement tools such as calipers. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift/move materials throughout the shift. Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn in a fast-paced shop environment. General production and assembly skills. Experience with machine operation is a plus. Must be okay with OT 2X a month on Fridays = 50 hours a week! Why Work Here?
