Job Description
Join our team at Twin City Staffing as a lead mechanical assembler on the 1st and 2nd shifts! We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead, train, and support assembly workers while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.
Location:
Coon Rapids, MN Wage:
1st shift: $22+/hr. Depending on experience 2nd shift: $24.25+/hr. Depending on experienceHours:
1st shift: 5 am- 3:30 pm Monday
- Friday 2nd shift: 3:30 pm
- 2 am, Monday
- Thursday Benefits of the lead mechanical assembler: 401(k) with matching Dental, health, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Parental leave Employee assistance and discount programs Flexible spending and health savings accounts Retirement plan Tuition reimbursement Referral program Duties of the lead mechanical assembler: Lead and train employees in all assembly stations Follow assembly instructions and blueprints Measure, fit, adjust, and install parts and components Use hand and power tools to assemble machine models Operate and tend assembling equipment Inspect parts and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Move and handle materials using manual and electric pallet jacks Maintain accurate paperwork and production records Requirements of the lead mechanical assembler: Over one year of cross-functional mechanical assembly experience Strong blueprint reading/understanding Ability to read a tape measure Able to lift 70+ lbs.
