Assembler - Electro‑Mechanical (Aircraft Components) Hands‑On Build Work | Training Provided | High‑Quality Shop Join a team building aircraft components from start to finish. If you like mechanical work, tools, and seeing your projects come together, this role gives you stability, skill‑building, and a clean, organized environment. What You'll Do Assemble electro‑mechanical aircraft parts using hand & power tools Read blueprints and schematics to complete builds accurately Use rivet guns, drill presses, and fabrication tools Measure and mark materials with precision Assist with hydraulic work and wiring (training provided) Follow assembly procedures and quality standards Maintain a clean, safe workspace What You Bring 6+ months mechanical assembly or fabrication experience Tape‑measure accuracy (3+ months) 1+ year using power tools Ability to read blueprints/schematics Comfort with rivet guns, drill presses, and shop tools Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet Strong attention to detail + safety mindset Nice to Have Mechanical assembler or fabrication experience Basic hydraulic or electrical knowledge Comfort in a tool‑intensive environment Willingness to learn new processes Why You'll Love It Clean, organized, safety‑focused shop Hands‑on work with real aircraft components Training in hydraulics + point‑to‑point wiring See projects through from start to finish Supportive, small‑team environment Work Environment Tool‑intensive shop with hands‑on mechanical work Safety gear provided (glasses, ear plugs, PPE) Mix of independent and two‑person team projects On your feet most of the day, using tools and equipment Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Inver Grove Heights, MN.
