Join a tight-knit team where you'll assemble fully custom machines (not repetitive production work) in a clean, organized shop, working side-by-side with highly experienced builders. šŸ›  What You'll Do Build custom machines and subassemblies from the ground up using detailed engineering prints Interpret blueprints, schematics, and layouts to guide your work Assemble and align mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Troubleshoot and solve real-world build challenges—no two projects are the same Fabricate parts using mills, lathes, saws , and other shop equipment Perform basic welding to support builds when needed Verify tolerances and ensure each machine meets precision specifications Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver high-quality, on-schedule builds āœ… What You Bring Strong ability to read blueprints and schematics Hands-on experience in machine assembly, mechanical work, or manufacturing Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment Experience troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or electrical systems Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Commitment to safety and quality workmanship ⭐ Bonus Experience (Nice to Have) Custom machine building Welding / fabrication Hydraulics & pneumatics General mechanical repair or maintenance Forklift operation 2-year technical degree šŸš€ Why You'll Love It Here Build, don't repeat

Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of St Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00
  • $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
