6:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Thursday About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Mechanical Assemblers for a powersports manufacturing company in Thief River Falls, MN. In this role, you'll help assemble quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while supporting production, safety, and quality standards. Mechanical Assembler:
Assemble component parts into completed units following blueprints and design specifications Meet performance standards for assembly, production, quality, safety, and housekeeping Perform minor equipment adjustments, repairs, or setups with supervision Inspect parts and completed units using visual checks, gauges, tape measures, calipers, or fixtures Complete a variety of assembly and production tasks with minimal supervision Properly store tools in designated locations daily Maintain a clean, organized workstation What You Need to Bring to the
Mechanical Assembler Role:
Entry-level candidates are welcome! High school diploma or GED preferred but not required 0-2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience Ability to follow work instructions and read blueprints Experience using hand tools Embark on a rewarding career where your skills build the foundation for innovative products!
