Prior experience in mechanical assembly, vehicle upfitting, or related fields Knowledge of mechanical systems, wiring, and tools Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions Strong attention to detail and quality assurance skills Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in physically demanding environments Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork orientation Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience working with electrical components or wiring Knowledge of safety protocols and certifications in mechanical work

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous hands-on experience in vehicle assembly or upfitting
