Job Description

Gray Flex Systems is seeking to hire reliable, cooperative, and energetic workers to join our team as Machine Operators and Assemblers. Excellent attendance and dependability are critical to all positions. Basics $14.00
  • $15.00 per hour minimum (dependent upon position), plus incentive pay Monday
  • Thursday 5:30 am
  • 4:00 pm; 40-hour workweek.
Before applying, please consider whether you can consistently work a 5:30 AM start time. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential job requirements. Overtime scheduled on Fridays and Saturdays as needed Physical requirements Machine Operators and Assemblers may be required to lift up to 50 lbs. several times throughout the day. Labor involves standing for long periods of time, reaching, bending, grasping, pulling, and twisting. Experience Machine Operation/Assembly experience in a manufacturing setting Attention to detail is a must for this position. Benefits available after 90 days of full-time employment. Medical Dental Vision Life insurance 401k is available after one year of full-time employment.
