Starting at $18/hour, based on experience About the Position We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Epoxy Assembler & Machine Operator to join our production team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, pays close attention to detail, and can operate machinery safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling components using epoxy and other materials, operating production machinery, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Responsibilities Assemble parts and components using epoxy, adhesives, and hand tools. Measure and apply epoxy according to established procedures. Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment. Load and unload materials and components. Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications. Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting when needed. Keep equipment and the work area clean and organized. Follow all company safety and quality standards. Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, or machine operation experience preferred. Experience working with epoxy, adhesives, or similar materials is a plus. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions. Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Must be willing to follow all required safety procedures and PPE requirements.
