E/M Assembler:
Perform complex electro-mechanical assembly, alignment, or calibration of subassembly or system level hardware. Utilize a computer to read and follow work instructions, identifying discrepancies as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes, quality checks, and equipment maintenance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Responsible for the safe handling and disposal of materials and waste. Qualifications of the
E/M Assembler:
High school diploma or equivalent with five or more years of experience in manufacturing related to complex electro-mechanical subassemblies. Ability to work directly from engineering drawings, schematics, and quality standards. Aptitude to work independently with limited supervision. Basic computer operation skills for accessing work instructions and engineering documentation. Proficiency in using basic electrical test equipment and mechanical measuring instruments.
