Responsibilities Operate various manufacturing machinery with precision, including injection molding machines and other automated equipment. Assemble components accurately using hand tools, soldering equipment, and measurement devices such as calipers and micrometers. Follow detailed work instructions and adhere to

ISO 13485

standards, FDA regulations, and CGMP guidelines to ensure compliance. Conduct quality inspections during assembly using measurement tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Maintain a cleanroom environment by following strict cleanliness protocols during assembly and packaging processes. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime and ensure optimal operation. Document production activities meticulously, including inspection results, process deviations, and shift reports. Skills Proficiency in using calipers, micrometers, hand tools, and soldering equipment for precise assembly tasks. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in plastics injection molding processes. Familiarity with

ISO 13485

standards, FDA regulations, and CGMP practices relevant to medical device manufacturing. Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly instructions accurately. Experience working in cleanroom environments with strict adherence to cleanliness protocols. Knowledge of packaging procedures for finished products to ensure safe delivery. Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and the use of measurement instruments for quality assurance.
