High school diploma or equivalent is required. Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn and understand drawings, measurements, and work instructions. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Consistent attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with frequent use of hands for assembly tasks.
