! Electro-Mechanical Assembler - 1st Shift | Boonton, NJ Ambassador Personnel, Inc. is hiring experienced Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for our client in Boonton, NJ! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical assembly experience who enjoy hands-on work, reading blueprints, and building high-quality products. Requirements:

1-3 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience. Mechanical assembly experience with electrical/electronic safety knowledge is also acceptable. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and schematics. Ability to identify electrical components, wiring, and color codes. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and basic production equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Good verbal communication skills. Ability to follow work instructions and established safety procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

Assemble and wire equipment according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions. Fit, adjust, and align mechanical components to precise tolerances. Use hand and power tools to complete assembly operations. Build wiring harnesses and perform electrical/mechanical assembly tasks. Operate basic production equipment, including presses, crimpers, and component engraving machines. Perform through-hole PCB assembly as needed. Follow production schedules and maintain accurate job status records. Use computers, Excel, or SAP to access work instructions and update production information. Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met. Previous assembly experience is required.
