AutoDrill is a family-owned manufacturing company specializing in automated drilling and tapping equipment for manufacturers throughout the United States and around the world. We are looking for a Mechanical Assembly & Production Technician to join our production team. This is a hands-on manufacturing position where you will help build, test, repair, and prepare custom equipment for our customers. You'll be on your feet, working with your hands, using tools and machinery, assembling mechanical and pneumatic components, preparing materials, and building equipment where precision and quality matter. What You'll Do Build and assemble equipment and components for customer orders Assemble pneumatic components and control packages Work with air cylinders, gears, drills, and other mechanical components Perform light machining and material preparation Operate equipment such as: Bandsaw, Chop saw, Milling machine, Drill press, Sanders, Hand drills, Forklift, and other shop tools and equipment Make repairs and modifications to equipment as needed Perform quality checks throughout the production process Package completed products and prepare them for shipment We're looking for someone who is: Mechanically inclined Comfortable working with their hands Detail-oriented and precise Dependable and hardworking Comfortable using hand and power tools Able to follow instructions and specifications carefully Able to work independently while also being part of a team Willing to learn new equipment, processes, and products This is a manufacturing environment involving heavy-duty drilling equipment, so the ability to lift, move, and work around heavy components is required.
