Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and systems with precision and efficiency, ensuring that all products meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency with a variety of measuring instruments and tools. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the production of high-quality equipment through meticulous assembly processes and adherence to safety protocols. Core Responsibilities  Assemble electronic and mechanical components and parts according to established manufacturing procedures, drawings, specifications, and work instructions. Follow manufacturing procedures and communicate to the Lead Technicians about possible deviations.  Read and understand mechanical and electrical drawings.  Maintain a clean work area according to 5S standards.  Must be willing to cross train in multiple areas as needed.  Apply special processes during manufacturing: brazing, riveting, torque, crimping, and others (get certifications when needed). In house training in these areas will be provided.  Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
 Must have a positive attitude.  Previous experience in electronic, mechanical, manufacturing, or production assembly is preferred but not required.  Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and assembly documentation.  Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.  Ability to use basic hand tools and manufacturing equipment.  Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.  Ability to learn new assembly processes and adapt to changing project requirements.  Good communication and problem-solving skills.  Ability to follow safety, quality, and company procedures consistently.
Pay:
From $21.85 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
