Mechanical Assembler

We are seeking a reliable Mechanical Assembler to join our production team. You will assemble components and subassemblies using technical drawings and work instructions, ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards while supporting efficient production goals. Also, maintain a clean and organized workstation to support safety and efficiency.

salary:

$19 - $20 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4

No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly Use hand tools and power tools to fit, align, and secure parts Install hardware such as bolts, screws, brackets, and fasteners Inspect parts and finished assemblies for quality, accuracy, and defects Perform functional testing to ensure products operate correctly Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues or inconsistencies Maintain proper torque specifications and alignment standards Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S practices) Record production data and complete documentation as required Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Handle materials and components safely, including lifting when needed Report damaged materials, equipment issues, or process improvements The essential functions of this role include:manual lifting up to 50lbsSkillsMechanical AssemblingSolderingParts Assemblingpower toolsCircuit Board AssemblingQualificationsYears of experience: 2 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
