The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler who brings energy, precision, and a strong sense of teamwork to the table. In this role, you will take a hands-on approach to assembling and/or disassembling forklift components, contributing directly to the production process that drives our business forward. You will work closely with a skilled and supportive team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. We value innovative thinking—yes, even the small ideas can spark big change! What You'll Be Doing:

Assemble sub-components by following diagrams, instructions, and standard work processes. Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assembly tasks. Inspect your own work to ensure quality standards are met, making adjustments as needed. Collaborate with your team to keep production running smoothly and efficiently. Support continuous improvement efforts, including our 5S program and Toyota Production System activities.

What We're Looking For:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move parts up to 50 pounds (heavier materials are handled with cranes/hoists). Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and teamwork. Intermediate computer skills. Experience with electronic hand tools.

What Sets You Apart:

High School Diploma/GED Previous hands-on assembly or manufacturing experience.

Where and When You'll Work:

This is an in-person role located at our East Syracuse-Raybuilt Facility—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment. First shift, Monday through Friday, 6:00AM

50 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience. Depending on your work history, initial employment may be facilitated through a staffing agency with the potential to transition into direct employment.
