Non-Exempt / Hourly Duties & Responsibilities Work in a group with 2-3 other employees on a project at times and independently at others. Lift and install sheet metal panels/copper bus with other employees (these panels range in weight, but I would estimate around 50-70lbs on average) Open to overtime /Saturdays when required (rarely) Required Skills & Abilities Must be able to read a tape measure Be able to use hand tools (dead blow hammer, battery operated impact driver, drill, wrenches, etc.) Punctuality Good attitude/Coachable Attention to detail Problem solving
Self-Motivated Specific Qualifications:
Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent Two years' experience in a production environment preferred Personal Protection Equipment Training (PPE), Global Harmonization System Training (GHS), Lock Out
  • Tag Out Training, (LOTO) Onsite training available Tow Motor and Overhead Crane Certification Onsite training available Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of standing Squat/kneel, bend/stoop, twist/turn, grasp and reach overhead and outward frequently Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs.
