Full Job Description What You'll Do:

As a Thermal Spray Operator , you'll be hands-on in our core process—applying advanced coatings that protect and enhance critical components.

You'll:

Operate and become certified in Combustion, Plasma, HVOF (High Velocity Oxy-Fuel), and/or Electric Arc thermal spray systems Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and process plans to ensure precision and quality Maintain a safe and clean work environment Perform additional production tasks as needed

What We're Looking For:

18+ years of age High School Diploma or GED Must be a U.S. Person under

ITAR/EAR

(able to provide a U.S. passport, birth certificate, green card, or naturalization certificate) Able to pass a background check and DOT drug screening Strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to doing things right the first time Ability to work 3rd shift (Mon•Fri, 11:00 p.m.•7:30 a.m., week technically starts Sun night and runs through Fri morning .)

Bonus Points If You Have:

1+ year of experience in thermal spray or a related aerospace/manufacturing environment
