We're hiring motivated, hands-on individuals to join the Forming Team at AT&F, where you'll help build components for some of the largest, most advanced equipment in the world—including projects that support the U.S. Navy's submarine program.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity with long-term growth, strong pay, and a team-first culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

Work with large-scale press brakes and rolling equipmentAssist in forming heavy steel components for major industrial and defense projectsUse tools like hand grinders and measuring equipmentRead and learn blueprints and specificationsOperate in a team-driven, high-performance manufacturing environment

Success:

Comfortable with basic math and fractionsAble to read a tape measure accurately (down to 1/16")Interested in learning blueprint readingComfortable working in a heavy manufacturing environmentHot in summer / cooler in winterMaterial moved by overhead cranes (not manual lifting)Experience in press brake, CNC, or metal fabrication is a plus—but not required.
