• 3:30 PM Hire Sync is hiring experienced Mechanical Assemblers for a growing manufacturing team in Cleveland.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy hands-on mechanical work and take pride in building large industrial equipment with precision and accuracy. This position works with large industrial oven systems and requires individuals who are comfortable reading blueprints, using hand and air tools, and assembling mechanical components in a manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly Assemble, fasten, and align mechanical components and parts Measure materials and verify proper fit and specifications Use hand tools and air-powered tools safely and effectively Assist with light MIG welding when needed Support production and assembly operations throughout the shop

What We're Looking For:

Previous mechanical assembly experience preferred Ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings Experience using measuring tools and air-powered tools Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail Light MIG welding experience is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
