Hours:

1st shift 7am to 3:30pm and 2nd shift 3pm to 11:30pm

You'll work closely with your team to assemble and test small, intricate components, ensuring they meet strict quality standards. What You'll Do As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for: Operating primary and secondary assembly equipment to produce mechanical parts efficiently and accurately. Performing complex assembly of small precision components using hand tools such as wrenches, nut drivers, and air gages. Utilizing test rigs to verify part performance and ensure quality standards are met. Independently producing initial samples, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality. Packaging finished products and palletizing for shipment. Conducting visual inspections and dimensional checks using inspection tools like micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and comparators. Resetting tooling and making adjustments to maintain proper machine operation and size tolerances. Reporting any machine variations or issues to supervision for timely resolution. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: Prior experience in mechanical assembly or manufacturing environment. Basic knowledge of reading simple blueprints and assembly instructions. Ability to use inspection and measurement tools accurately. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
