We are looking to hire a Electro-Mechanical Assembler to help us increase our production capacity and better meet the needs of our customers.
Areas of Responsibility:
Manufacturing Assemble machines and subassemblies from prints and schematics Connect and crimp wires and electrical components based on wiring diagrams Troubleshoot finished products and customer refurbished products Ability to assist with packaging and shipping Work both independently and in a team to complete finished products Communicate clearly and effectively with our engineering and customer service teams Quality Control Maintain cleanliness of work areas Execute QC processes to ensure the quality of finished goods Keep warehouse organized with raw materials and finished goods Monitor and report inventory levels of raw materials as needed Who we are looking for: Our ideal candidate is someone who: Is reliable, dedicated, and disciplined to complete work quickly Prioritizes quality and attention to detail Is a problem solver, a fast learner, and a good communicator Works well in a team setting and treats people with respect Is capable of performing the responsibilities effectively and efficiently Our ideal candidate will be able to: Assemble complex machinery Understand and interpret wiring diagrams Use hand tools Operate a forklift Operate a MIG or arc welder Complete light fabrication using a band saw, belt sander, and drill press Lift at least 80 pounds Read, write, listen, and speak clearly
