This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with their hands, reading blueprints, and assembling high-quality products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have experience working with hand tools, mechanical components, production equipment, and assembly processes, we want to hear from you. Mechanical Assemblers play a critical role in the manufacturing process by assembling components, ensuring product quality, and supporting production goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety and workmanship. Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and equipment according to blueprints, schematics, work instructions, and engineering specifications. Utilize hand tools, power tools, drills, wrenches, calipers, micrometers, and other assembly equipment to complete production tasks. Install and assemble tubes, bundles, and mechanical assemblies as required. Inspect assembled products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documentation. Troubleshoot assembly issues and communicate concerns to supervisors and production teams. Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and material handling equipment as needed. Assist with fabrication, machining, welding, or production support activities when required. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Collaborate with production, fabrication, and quality teams to meet manufacturing schedules and customer requirements. Qualifications Previous mechanical assembly experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings. Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. Preferred Experience Manufacturing or industrial assembly experience. Air cooled heat exchanger assembly. Shell and tube assembly. Skid assembly. Forklift and overhead crane operation. Welding, fabrication, or machining experience. Bilingual communication skills. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment. Ability to safely work around forklifts, cranes, fabrication equipment, and industrial machinery.
