Position Summary Snap-tite Hose is seeking Manufacturing Associates to support our production operations. In this entry-level role, you will work as part of a team to manufacture, inspect, package, and prepare high-quality hose products for our customers. Employees may rotate between various production processes and equipment while learning the skills necessary to succeed in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Assist in the manufacturing, assembly, inspection, and packaging of hose products. Monitor product quality and report any defects or concerns. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with material handling and movement of products throughout the facility. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Support continuous improvement efforts and contribute to a positive team environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications No prior manufacturing experience required. High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures. Strong attendance and reliability. Willingness to learn new skills and work as part of a team. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday.
