Full Job Description Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position specializes in Thermoforming and Fabrication, the ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Machine Operator , you will operate and monitor CNC and forming machines, ensuring the production process is smooth, efficient, and meets our high-quality standards. You will also work with various hand tools and measuring instruments to ensure product dimensions and specifications are met.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor CNC machines and PLCs to ensure efficient production processes. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for quality control and to maintain product specifications. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and hand tools to ensure optimal performance. Deburr parts, clean, and package custom component parts. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve manufacturing workflows. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Complete daily labor sheets and ensure all documentation is accurate
Qualifications:
Basic math skills, including fraction-related calculations. Ability to read and use measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers). Experience with hand tools, drills, and basic machine operation. Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with extreme attention to detail. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without mechanical lifting devices. Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to new projects quickly. Strong team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with others. Reliable transportation to and from the job location. Employment is contingent on a negative drug screen.
