This position may require forming, punching, gasketing, crimping and/or flanging plate heat exchanger (PHE) plates. Essential Job Functions Operate hydraulic and mechanical presses. Operate a forklift and move material. Form, punch, gasket, crimp, and flange PHE plates. Complete necessary forms for each job. Inspect parts before and after assembly using standard measuring devices to established tolerances and specifications. Assist with cycle counts of inventory. Perform all required inspections and documentation in a timely manner. Regular, in-person attendance due to necessary teamwork and personal interactive nature of this position. Overtime is a mandatory condition of employment and frequent in this position. The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (Competencies) Ability to read a tape measure. Able to perform repetitive work. Ability to read, interpret and follow blue prints. Basic computer and math skills. Willingness to adapt in a dynamic work environment. Ability and willingness to follow directions while working independently. Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with a team. Education and Experience HS diploma or GED Equivalent preferred

Base Compensation Range:

$19.57 - $22.12 per hour

Shift Differential:

10%

Variable Compensation Range:

Incentive bonus eligibility up to 12% of gross annual salary base on company performance.
