The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with industrial equipment and will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and repair of trailers wiring and suspension systems. This role requires a commitment to providing the highest quality trailer while maintaining the production schedule. Ensuring each trailer meets quality, safety, and customer specifications before it leaves the production line. Duties . Install and connect trailer wiring & axle systems including lights, brakes, and plugs Assemble and disassemble trailer parts using power tools and hand tools. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of the products while maintaining high-quality standards. Inspect completed trailers for defects or incomplete work and correct as necessary Skills High school diploma or equivalent Proficiency in using power tools for assembly and repair tasks. Excellent problem-solving skills that support team productivity and performance Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A commitment to safety practices while performing tasks in the workshop or field. Not rocket science, just need a candidate willing to work!
Pay:
$16.00 - $21.00 per hour
