As a Winding Technician, you will rewind, repair, and test motors, generators, and other rotating equipment to EASA-recommended practices, and log your work in Repair Stack. What You'll Do Diagnose winding damage, then disassemble, clean, and inspect motor components Rewind motors to specification, including stripping old windings and installing new ones Test every repair for resistance, insulation, and surge before it leaves your bench Move heavy components safely with the overhead crane or a team lift Clock your jobs and enter test and inspection data in Repair Stack Keep a clean, organized, safe workspace and work with your teammates to keep jobs moving Must Have High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience winding electric motors or in a related field Ability to read schematics and winding data sheets Experience with test equipment such as megohmmeters, surge testers, and multimeters Detail-oriented, with a steady, consistent pace and pride in quality work Reliable transportation Nice to Have AC/DC rewinding, balancing, or bearing experience Familiarity with
