We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Mechanical Assembler to join the team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble mechanical parts and components using hand and power tools
- Follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly diagrams accurately
- Perform quality inspections and report defects or production issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Meet daily production and performance goals
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with material handling and movement of components as needed
- Support team members and production operations to ensure workflow efficiency
- Follow all company safety procedures and manufacturing standards
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools required
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Ability to bend, stoop, and perform repetitive motions as needed
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

Pay Details:
