ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONSAssembly:
 Assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and complete systems using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools.
Interpretation:
Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide assembly processes.
Precision Alignment:
 Position, align, and fasten parts together using tools such as drill presses, wrenches, and torque wrenches.
Quality Control:
Inspect and test assembled products for functionality, defects, and alignment to meet engineering specifications.
Troubleshooting:
 Identify and resolve mechanical issues, including adjusting components, performing minor repairs, and documenting deviations.
Material Handling:
Use cranes, hoists, or forklifts to move heavy parts and equipment safely.
Safety & Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following all company HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) policies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS5
years' experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment.

Strong mechanical aptitude, high dexterity, and familiarity with pneumatic tools, calipers, and tape measures.

High School Diploma or GED certificate.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
