Mechanical Assembler

• Description
• A large manufacturer of modular cooling systems for data centers is hiring for Mechanical Assemblers.

Reading blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to assemble fabricated parts into large or heavy subassemblies and complete units. Using drills, impacts, grinders, wrenches, and pliers. Using a propane hand torch to apply shrink wrap material to products prior to shipping. Testing and calibrating parts to ensure they meet tolerances and product specifications.

Could be moving material with pallet jacks, scissor lifts, and mobile floor cranes.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Houston, TX 77048.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
