• 5:30 PM 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs): 6:00 PM
• 4:00 AM Weekend Shift (Fri-Sun): 6:00 AM
• 6:00

PM Pay:

$20

• 24/hr Weekly pay

Job Details:

Assemblers will support hands‑on production work building components for satellite systems. This role involves working with small parts, following detailed instructions, and maintaining high quality standards in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Assemble parts and components alongside team members Read and follow work diagrams, instructions, and basic blueprints Organize, stage, and move materials throughout the production area Use hand tools and small equipment to build and secure components Clean, package, and seal finished products Support general production tasks as needed We are seeking candidates with strong backgrounds in: Assembly or machine operating Manufacturing or production environments Working with small parts or precision components Reading work diagrams, instructions, or blueprints

Note:

Due to the nature of this work, we are prioritizing candidates with manufacturing‑based experience rather than oil & gas backgrounds. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Odessa, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00

• $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
