Assembler/Machine Oerator/Forklift Opeator

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assembler, Machine Operator, and Forklift Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for assembling components, operating various machinery, and handling materials efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Assemble parts and components accurately using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and precision measuring instruments to meet quality standards. Operate machinery such as plastics blow molding machines, plastics extrusion equipment, press brake machines, CNC lathes, CNC machines, and plastics injection molding presses with precision and safety. Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to monitor and control automated manufacturing processes efficiently. Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process to identify defects or deviations from specifications. Handle materials safely using forklifts, ensuring proper stacking, storage, and transportation within the warehouse or production area. Perform fabrication tasks involving materials handling, machining, and assembly to support production goals. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to lean manufacturing principles for continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in manufacturing environments with knowledge of plastics blow molding, plastics extrusion, plastics injection molding, or machining processes. Familiarity with operating press brake machines, CNC lathes, CNC equipment, and other fabrication tools. Valid forklift certification with experience in warehouse operations and materials handling. Mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing machinery and equipment maintenance. Ability to use hand tools accurately and perform basic math calculations for measurements and quality checks. Experience with quality inspection techniques and the use of precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
