Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join a dynamic production team! This role is essential for assembling high-quality products that meet rigorous standards by ensuring precision in every step of the process. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and possesses a solid understanding of both electrical and mechanical assembly.

$22.00-$24.00/hrDOE Schedule:
Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm Key Responsibilities Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies based on blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Perform electrical wiring and product testing to ensure full functionality and quality. Use hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Inspect components and finished products for defects to ensure they meet quality control standards. Collaborate with engineers and teammates to resolve assembly issues and improve internal processes. Assist with troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning units as needed. Document assembly procedures, modifications, and quality checks to ensure full traceability. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all company guidelines. Qualifications & Skills 3 years of experience in assembling electro-mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processes and techniques. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and various testing equipment. Excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic computer skills for documenting tasks and tracking assembly progress. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Compensation / Pay
